President Barack Obama is in charge of efforts to shut down, the worst oil spill in U. S. history. Obama admitted that U. S. Government must rely on oil giant BP and that it does not have the technology or expertise.

Telecom Confirms Split

Telecom will be split up into 3 units and it has been approved by Communications and Information Technology. It was confirmed by Minister Steven Joyce today. The Company had requested these changes as it aims to support ultra-fast broadband related services and processes.
Steve Joyce Keeps an Eye on Telecom

As the Telecom failed to a reliable 111 service for the third time this year, it has been announced by the Communications and Information Technology Minister Steven Joyce that an eye will be kept on Telecom from now.
Telecom was not aware about this problem and there was also an issue because its technician was unsuccessful to inform his bosses about the problem at the town's exchange. Also Emergency services were unaware of the problem.
