Google has extended the sale of Android's paid apps to 18 more countries via Android Market, after a week it announced to open the market of Android apps for 20 new offshore nations.
Now, users of Android products in countries like Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Israel, Mexico, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Sweden and Taiwan will be able to purchase premium applications. As stated on the Android Developers Blog, the update has been kept silent and no user will be notified with the same.
If the Android developers have aimed at providing apps to "All Locations", then they don't need to sell applications in new markets. Those, who have selected "All Locations", but don't want to sell apps in the new regions or those, who have not chosen "All Locations" and want to cater to additional market, they could visit the Android Market publisher site to make alternations, as per their requirements.
Till last September, developers in only nine nations could sell paid apps through Android Market and premium apps were offered by only 14 countries.
Prior downloading paid Android applications, consumers should be registered with a Google Checkout account. The condition is not applied for those nations having facility of operator billing.
