Reliance MediaWorks denies talks with InoxWhile the news of Reliance MediaWorks, a company promoted by the Anil Ambani picking up a stake in Inox made a lot of noise but the company has said that it is not in not in talks to buy a controlling stake in cinema chain operator.

The company was responding in a response to a news report that claimed the move of the media company going towards Inox, it is to be mentioned here that shares in Inox jumped nearly 20 per cent on Friday to Rs 86.3 after Economic times reported that the deal is underway wherein Reliance Media Works will be buying a majority stake in Inox.

The company said in a statement that it is not in talks with Inox and deny all such reports. Moreover, Inox director Deepak Asher said the firm was not for sale.

Masher also said that there are no talks among the two parties on the same and neither has it appointed any banker for the same.

However, both the parties i. e. Reliance MediaWorks and Inox have been slugging it out to buy another multiplex operator, Fame India.
