New ‘Call Of Duty: Ghosts’ DLC called ‘Devastation’ arriving on April 3
According to a recent post on Daily Game, a new DLC for 'Call of Duty: Ghosts' is scheduled to hit the markets in April. The new DLC will be called 'Devastation'; and will be available on April 3.
In its description of the new 'Call of Duty: Ghosts' DLC, the Daily Game post said: "Set to ship on April 3, the Call of Duty Ghosts Devastation DLC includes the Kraken. Yes, the Kraken - the big octopus-looking creature from the briney depths and of Pirates of the Caribbean fame."
The forthcoming 'Devastation' DLC for the 'Call of Duty: Ghosts' title will first be available for the users of the Xbox One and Xbox 360 gaming consoles. After 6-8 weeks of the Xbox exclusivity, the PC and PlayStation 4 versions of the DLC will be launched.
The 'Devastation' DLC will be the second of the four massive expansions packs for the 'Call of Duty: Ghosts' game. The DLC will feature 4 new multiplayer maps which, as per the Daily Game post, include a "mountaintop Mayan temple, a mangled container ship, a giant excavation digger in South America and a reimagined edition of the "Dome" map from COD Modern Warfare 3."
Since the 'Devastation' DLC is part of the $49.99 Call of Duty Ghosts DLC Season Pass, it will be immediately accessible by Season Pass holders. However, the non-Season Pass holders will be able to purchase the 'Devastation' DLC separately for $14.99.
