Making a critical and intensely frightening claim, a report, which was recently released by the NHS Information Centre, has revealed that one out of every 100 individuals has autism at present.
In this regard, experts have added their concerns which clearly highlight an urgent need for making a move in the direction of curbing the speedily increasing severity of autism among people all over the region, claiming that the immensely dangerous and widespread disorder and various identical situation that can be easily tallied to it, including the likes of Asperger’s syndrome, are now growing more and more common and frequent than they were deemed or spotted before now.
The study conducted in this regard, especially focusing on the increasing threat and vulnerability of kids towards the deadly diseases, claimed that that autism is now more common among men as compared to women, and even kids are at high risk of catching the same.
Nearly 1 out of every 50 men has either the confirmed state or its symptoms in some way or the other while women, on the other hand, are at less risk with just 1 out of every 300 women falling prey to the said condition.
In addition, it has been revealed through its report by the NHS Information Centre that around one-third of young adults suffering from some or the other sorts of learning issues were suffering from autism.
While expressing his opinion regarding the tremendous velocity with which autism is increasing in the region, along with stressing on a dire need for the medical authorities to come up with something significant in this regard, the Chief Executive of National Autistic Society, Mark Lever, claimed that, “There has long been a tendency to view autism as solely a condition affecting children but this is the first study to find that the prevalence of autism is roughly the same for adults as it is for children”.
