On Monday, just over a month after releasing its much anticipated Nexus One phone, Google launched a phone support line, mainly aimed at answering all the questions that users of the new Android-based phone might have.
As has been shared by Google, owners of the phone with queries can call (888) 48NEXUS (63987) between 10AM and 1AM PST. The numbers will take the callers to live tech support.
After the launch of the Nexus One, Google's support forum was flooded with a range of questions from customers who were facing both shipping and technical problems. Although Google did try to redirect the queries to HTC and T-Mobile, the Nexus One's hardware and carrier partners, it did not benefit anyone much as the Nexus One is being sold exclusively through Google as of now.
Also, Google is the company that all users and customers automatically turn to when they have a question or a complaint, which has prompted the firm to undertake the initiative.
