Google Contemplates to Quit China Facing Cyber Attacks

Google Contemplates to Quit China Facing Cyber AttacksGoogle has accused a Chinese website “Goojje” of infringement, stating that the logo used by “Goojje” resembles the US Internet firm’s logo which could make the users believe that it was authorized by Google. Google has warned the site to face legal action if it did not stop using the logo.
Where Google's Chinese name ends with a character that is a homonym for "big brother", Goojje's Chinese name ends with a character that means "big sister" indicating imitation of the Google’s design.
Google declared it would no longer abide by Chinese government censorship and was considering leaving the country, citing cyber attacks on it. But it declined that it called for help from the National Security Agency to track down the cyber attackers who breached the databases using conventional messaging trickery and infection methods.
The Google row has added to tensions between Beijing and Washington on a range of other issues including trade.
Gunter Ollman, head of research at security firm Damballa, stated that there was a "high probability" that Chinese nationals were involved in the cyber attacks but to prove definite involvement was a difficult task.
