The customers who have been without XT mobile service have a reason to smile as Telecom has resumed services on the network. CEO Telecom Retail, Alan Gourdie confirmed the development adding that customers are using services through XT Mobile.
Gourdie added, "We continue to manage the network at a heightened level, reflecting the complex technical nature of today's fault, and in order to satisfy ourselves that it is delivering the level of service our customers expect."
Telecom informed that some technical fault was responsible for the snag that causes interruption in services including broadband, voice and SMS. However, the firm left no stone unturned to resolve the glitch and thus restoring telecom services for the XT mobile customers. However, the firm admitted that it took longer time to resume the services despite calling technical experts across the world.
Seeking apology for inconvenience to the customers due to interruption in services, Mr. Gourdie said that the company is aware, how important mobile services are to its customers.
