First-Time Parents Likely to Experience Better Mental Health

A team of researchers at the University of Otago, Wellington (UOW) has claimed after its latest study that it is good for fathers as well as mothers when they become parents for the first time.
The team has told that when it is first time, both the parents enjoy not only good mental health, but reduction in their psychological stress as well.
