Various chemicals have been banned from use in children's pajamas as they were linked to cancer and delayed development but these same chemicals have been found in children's toys and other items, which included changing pads, crib mattresses, nap mats and other products filled with foam.

It has been unveiled in a recent report that the world’s largest retailer Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (WMT) has however succeeded in raising its income in the second-quarter this year. It has but failed in meeting analysts’ expectations.

It has been reported that the Wal-Mart Stores Inc. is planning an innovative method to guide its customers in choosing healthy food products. As per the plans, the store would be introducing green icon on the food products that are deemed to be healthier for the consumers.

It seems like Wal-Mart is all set to make its presence felt in District as it has been confirmed that it will open six stores there. With this decision, the giant retailer would be able to expand its reach till east of the Anacostia River, which has been in news for insufficient job opportunities.

On Tuesday, a consumer report survey had exposed that 64% of Americans had left a store in the past 12months because of its poor services whereas 65% have reported “tremendously annoyed” by the behavior of rude salespeople.
