Labelux Purchases Jimmy ChooThe luxury goods group Labelux has purchased UK shoe maker and retailer, Jimmy Choo from TowerBrook Capital Partners. The amount of the new deal is not disclosed any of the parities. Jimmy Choo was founded in 1996 in London by a former Vogue Editor, and Shoemaker Jimmy Choo and Current Chief Creative Officer, Tamara Mellon. The company was first sold in 2001 and since then it has expanded its business into bags, leather goods, scarves and sneakers.
