The first Android-based smartphone has now been officially launched by Vertu, British-based luxury mobile phones' manufacturer and retailer. The phone is being expected to be the costliest of all Android operating system-based smartphones across the world.
The new smartphone has been dubbed as Vertu Ti. GSMarena is of the opinion that the same would be priced starting from around _7900.

Microsoft has come up with its latest monthly batch of security patches. A total of 12 security updates have been issued by the company, which cover 57 vulnerabilities, the report has found.
The latest update does not only cover Windows and Internet Explorer, but the widely used Exchange Server as well. The exchange server includes the Exchange Server 2007 as well as Exchange Server 2010 editions.

Dell Inc. was to be sold out for a $24.4 agreement this month. But according to its shareholders, the transaction seems to be quite a smaller amount. It underestimates the company's value and therefore, there is a need for a much more attractive deal.
According to analysts, the company should either boost its offer price else it should increase the dividend.
